Emma Swann brings a critical mix of analytical, critical thinking and people skills to the team. With a passion for the outdoors Emma leads Evidentiary’s flagship program “Its Naturally You” and is our senior researcher.
Emma uses her knowledge of evidence based practice to find existing research, assess its quality and synthesise its key findings. She enjoys finding simplicity in complexity, and produces concise, clear and easy to use summaries to meet our clients’ needs. Previously a lawyer with experience in personal injury and litigation, she has strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. Her Master of Environmental Management has given her a sound understanding of the leading approaches in environmental decision-making, as well as key national and global environmental issues. Emma doesn’t just enjoy researching, a real people-person, she worked as a General English and Legal English teacher in Colombia. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys anything that involves the outdoors.
